Open-source tool that scans a Kubernetes cluster for problems and explains them in plain language using an AI model you choose.
K8sGPT is an open-source command-line tool and operator that checks a Kubernetes cluster for common problems, such as failing pods, misconfigured services or missing resources, and then explains each finding in plain language using a large language model.
You choose the model backend, which can be a hosted provider or a model you run yourself, so teams with strict data rules can keep cluster details inside their own network. It is a good first stop when someone less familiar with Kubernetes is on call. Check what cluster data is sent to the model, and give the tool read-only access unless you have a reason to do otherwise. It can also run inside the cluster as an operator, so findings appear as resources that other tools can read and act on.
Not enough info yet on has an API, works with AWS. Check the tool's own site.
